没有展示公司名称与注册号码也会被罚款!!
根据Company Act 2016 Section 30(1) 和 30(2) 需展示公司注册名字与号码
违例者将会受到不超过 RM50,000 的罚款 或监禁不超过3年 或两者兼施
需展示公司注册名字与号码的地方
- 公司注册地址 Registered Office
- 公司营业地址 Business Carried On
- 公司文件储存地址 Place book are kept
- 商用信件抬头 Letter Head
- 网页 Websites
- 通知单 bills of exchange, promissory notes, endorsement and order forms
- 支票 cheques
- 单据或信函 Orders invoices and other demand for payments, receipts and letter of credit
- 一切公司进出文件 all other forms of its business correspondence and documents
注意：公司根据CA 2016 第 28 & 29 条款更改名字, 公司以前的名称应出现在最新注册名称下发, 自更改日起不少于12个月
